NICE NWA | N.I.C.E NWA creates products and services that create more diverse leaders in the workforce. Their mission, to create a world where women, veterans, and minorities are equally desired in positions of leadership and influence. NICE provides products and services primarily for leaders and businesses identifying as minority, veteran, or woman-led.

NICE is owned and operated by Cedric He is a 2016 graduate from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance and minor in Business Management. Outside of running his business, he also currently serves as the Chief of Staff at a local nonprofit.
